Canine Good Citizen

Learn how to manage your dog around distractions that we encounter in our everyday lives by building reliability for recalls, sits, stays, leash walking and more.

This class introduces the requirements necessary and skills needed to pass the evaluation for the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification.

*Testing for certification is separate from the class and is offered quarterly

• Time: Thursday’s at 7pm
• When: Begins April 18 ends May 16
• Where: 204 Dearborn Ct., Unit 101, Geneva, Il
  • Trainer: Liz Mishima KPA CTP, AKC CGC Evaluator
• Class size: Limited to FOUR
• Fee: $175

Class Requirements:

Must have completed one of the following:

• Any puppy or beginning level obedience/manners class OR in-home training with a positive reinforcement trainer/facility
• Vaccine requirements - current per your veterinarian

NOTE:  This class in not appropriate for dogs that are working through reactivity issues. For classes that focus on reactive behavior, choose a Building Blocks of Behavior or Feisty Fido class OR contact us for further assistance.
